Diesel generator installation requirements
The space around the diesel geneset should be no less than 1 meter. The radiator should be placed with a ventilation window according to the size of the core. This requirement is the minimum size of the genest room, and the user can increase as needed.
The foundation of the geneset should be built on the hard ground surface.After tamping,users should make a 200mm thick concrete ground. The ground should be flat.
The inner diameter of the exhaust pipe of the unit should not be less than the diameter of the exhaust port of the diesel engine. The number of bends should not exceed 3. The angle of the bend should be greater than 90 degrees. The exhaust pipe should be supported or hoisted to ensure the silencer and supercharger not stressed.Fire-fighting tools such as fire extinguishers should be available in the equipment.
